I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist, certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping)

Connecting with my clients and understanding whatever they are dealing with is paramount and the most rewarding part of my work.
I feel, grieve, delight and celebrate with each of my clients.
My greatest honour and joy are to empower others and see them heal and thrive.

I’m originally from Germany and was a teacher for almost 20 years.
After living with anxiety, panic attacks and no confidence for years, I became sick and tired of feeling controlled by something. I never wanted to feel victim of my circumstances. So, I made a decision.

Nothing has changed my life like RTT®, Rapid Transformational Therapy. It is truly healing and life changing, fast and efficient. From this point on, everything changed. It was like a plane getting airborne: once you gain momentum, there is only one direction.
Since then, my mission is to empower others to change their lives, to take back control, to approve of themselves and to feel self-confident, content, happy and enough.
